The user confirms by clicking the appropriate button, that she/he has read the above regulations and that she/he understand and accept these conditions. The user confirms the accuracy of the personal data.

The organizers assure, that the information will not be used for commercial purposes and will be deleted after the lottery.
Several apartments will be awarded by participation in the internet lottery.
Anyone can take part with the legal age of 18 years or older and with full legal capacity. Excluded from participation are minors, not or only partially legally competent persons, the organizers of the lottery, staff of the company who have prepared the questions and the website and their family members. The decision is final.
People who are not permitted to take part in the lottery, will be disqualified for violating the contest conditions and will set out in each case of a prize. A refund of paid ticket fees will not take place.
To participate in the lottery, the registration for an user account is necessary. After confirmation of the registration and activation of the user account the subscriber can purchase a ticket for the selected apartment. The user chooses the appropriate payment service and gives the instructions for the payment of ticket fee.
At present we can only offer to pay the ticket fee by bank transfer to an account in Germany or Egypt.
Note that on money transactions from abroad, the user have to take any foreign exchange fees and bank charges. Only upon receipt of payment of the full ticket fee you can take part in the lottery. Bank transfers with any charges for the organizers account will not be accepted. Any additional costs for refusing the money transfer has to be paid by the user.
Requirement for participation in the lottery is the full payment of the ticket fee in the amount of the advertised ticket price for the selected apartment via the offered payment channels. In case of a bank transfer, the user can participate in the lottery only when the payment is received on the account of the organizers. A notice of receipt of payment is shown on the user account.
The user can purchase many tickets as she/he wants to take part in the lottery for every apartment.
The draw lots for an apartment will be only after sale of all tickets for an apartment. A refund of paid registration fees for unforeseen and unacceptable events, such as no further interest of the participant in the lottery, the participant's death, long sales time, etc. can not be done.
The total price of the sold tickets include: the relevant apartment, the cost of the lottery, preparing the contract for the property transfer by an official lawyer, the translation of this contract in Arabic language by an authorizised translation office (required for registration of apartments by the new owners) and 500 Egyptian Pounds (LE) start money, which can be used for example for consulting a property management company and a refund of maximum 500 Euro travel expenses for the arrival in Egypt to sign up the contract.
A cash payment of the prize is not possible.
There is no right of withdrawal. A liability of the organizer and the courts are excluded.
The winner will be notified by the organizers as well as on the website announced.
